Section 01Who we are.

Stop The Scroll LLC operates stopthescroll.io and provides LinkedIn content, advertising, and outreach services to business clients. This notice explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Questions about anything here go to our contact page, and a human answers them.

Section 02What we collect.

Information you give us. Your name, work email, company, and anything you write in a form or an intro call booking. We collect it because you asked us to contact you.

Information collected automatically. Standard web analytics: pages viewed, referring source, approximate location, device and browser type. We use this to understand which pages are useful.

Client program data. For clients, we handle LinkedIn account access and campaign performance data under the terms of the service agreement, not this notice.

Section 03How we use it.

To reply to enquiries, deliver services clients have contracted for, send updates to people who asked for them, improve the website, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

What we do not do: we do not sell personal information, and we do not share your details with other agencies or data brokers.

Section 04Cookies and tracking.

We use a small number of cookies: essential ones that make the site work, analytics cookies that tell us which pages get read, and advertising cookies that let us measure LinkedIn campaigns and show ads to people who visited the site.

You can refuse non-essential cookies through your browser settings or our cookie banner where shown. The site works fine without them.

Section 05Who we share it with.

Only service providers who help us operate: website hosting, analytics, email and CRM systems, scheduling tools, and advertising platforms. Each processes data on our instructions.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a dispute.

Section 06Your rights.

Depending on where you live, you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to stop sending marketing.

To exercise any of these, contact us and we will respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires. We do not charge for reasonable requests.

Section 07Retention and security.

We keep enquiry data while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards, and client records for as long as accounting and legal obligations require.

Access to personal data is limited to team members who need it. No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Section 08Changes, and how to reach us.

If this notice changes materially, we update the date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated notice applies.

To ask anything about this policy, use the contact page.
