Section 01This agreement.
These terms govern your use of stopthescroll.io. By using the site you accept them. Services we deliver to clients are governed by a separate signed service agreement, and where the two conflict, the service agreement wins.
Section 02Our services.
We provide LinkedIn content, advertising, and outreach services. Scope, deliverables, cadence, and fees are defined in each client's service agreement and proposal.
Engagements are month to month unless agreed otherwise. Either party may end an engagement with the notice period stated in the service agreement.
Section 03Results, and what we do not promise.
We publish benchmark ranges and past client outcomes because they are useful context. They are not guarantees. LinkedIn performance depends on your market, your offer, your participation, and platform changes outside anyone's control.
We will tell you when we think a goal is unrealistic. That is part of the service.
Section 04What we need from you.
Timely approvals, access to the accounts we are contracted to manage, accurate information about your business, and the small amount of founder time each program requires.
You remain responsible for the accuracy of claims you ask us to publish on your behalf, and for compliance obligations specific to your industry.
Section 05Intellectual property.
Content we produce for a client transfers to that client on payment. Our frameworks, templates, internal tooling, and processes remain ours.
Everything on this website, including copy, design, and brand assets, belongs to Stop The Scroll LLC. Do not republish it as your own.
Section 06Platform rules.
We work within LinkedIn's terms of service. Where a tactic sits in a grey area, we say so plainly and let the client decide with full information.
We do not use automation for commenting, messaging, or engagement. We are not responsible for actions LinkedIn takes against an account for activity that predates our engagement or occurs outside it.
Section 07Fees and payment.
Fees, billing cycle, and payment terms are set out in the service agreement. Advertising spend is separate from management fees and is billed at cost with no markup.
Late payment may pause delivery after written notice.
Section 08Limitation of liability.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees paid for the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost opportunities.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Section 09Governing law and changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page reflects the current version. Questions go to the contact page.
